If you've been meaning to work on your core strength.......HERE'S your chance! To build a stronger core you don't need to do crunches or endless sit ups. You need to lear how to activate your deep core-even if you think it's missing in action. Inside this challenge you'll lear how to activate your deep core, hips, back, glutes and pelvic floor-Helping you to move with ease, improve your posture, and reduce everyday stiffness. It's no secret that core strength is the key to feeling amazing in your body, and knowing that It'll support you for years to come as you get older. If you lift, run, hike, play paddle, tennis, golf.... or other activities you love. Core strength will help you to perform better and minimise your risk of injury. You'll get 5x Pilates core focused Pilates workouts under 15 minutes. All you need is a mat and a yoga block. The challenge officially runs from Monday 3rd-Friday 7th November. BUT I'll be available till the 16th November so that you can catch up or repeat any workouts as many times as you would like-on the 16th it'll disappear for good......This is a one off opportunity.
