JOIN THE 5 DAY STRONG HIP CLINIC -FREE CHALLENGE For women who want to get rid of that constant "I need to stretch feeling" and who are done with hip pain, from an experienced Pilates teacher who understands excatly what you need. We Start Monday 10th March In this 5 day challenge you're going to learn Pilates exercise to strengthen weak muscles, so that you can wake up every morning without that constant "I need to stretch" feeling in your hips and lower back. You'll walk away with exercise to help prevent and alleviate knee pain. So that you can move freely, and get up from the floor without feeling a 100 years old. The 5 day strong hip clinic will help you to get to the root cause of why stretching along isn't going to fix your nagging lower back and why stretching alone isn't making a difference long term. Equipment required: A mat and 10-15 minutes to do the exercises.
