Pilates + Breathwork For
The Alzheimer's Society
Donation based online charity class
Monday 1st December 7-8pm
Recording available

This year we are doing something different...
I see it every week.....
My 94 year old mother in law has dementia, several of my clients have loved ones who live with Alzheimer's!
Including Heather, her dad has the disease too.
So many lives touched by losing a loved one like this.
So this year we are coming together to share what we do best to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society.
Join us for a very unique experience of Pilates and Breathwork.
A 60 minutes class where we will start with Pilates to release shoulder and upper back tension, exercise to open and strengthen the hips leaving you feel lengthen and relaxed.
Followed by Breathwork lead by Heather to help you to:
Reduce anxiety
Give you clarity & creativity
Better emotional regulation
(It's that what we all need this time of year?)

Do Good And Feel Good
To make the most out of this session:
For Pilates you'll need a mat and some space to move your arms and legs. The class is suitable for all levels and Osteoporosis friendly.
Heather will take you through a session that will be a short introduction to restorative Breathwork.
You’ll gain insight and tools you can use straight away. And we’ll finish with a short guided session, an exploration of your breath. I’ll guide you to a deeply grounded space. And you can take this calm energy into your evening.
- The session will work best with headphones
- You will need to lie down for the breathing...you can turn your cameras off.
- If you can, try to refrain from eating for 1/2 hours before
- You are going to need to be somewhere comfortable and where you won't be disturbed.
We can’t wait to share this with you.
