A quick pick me up for your shoulders and upper back! No mat required and can be done in any type of clothing including shoes.

Pilates you can do anywhere that doesn't require a mat or changing cloth, can even be done with shoes on, because sometimes you just need a quick pick me up that get your hips and spine moving.

This is a full body circuit-style workout using a set of light weights 2-3lbs max. If you're short on time do one round of the class and I've still got a full body workout in 14 minutes!

Grab a yoga block and your mat for this gentle full body Pilates flow.

Using light weights to recreate some of the reformer exercises on the mat. 1kg would be perfect for this class.

Get ready to strength and mobilise your hips with a few deep stretches thrown in as well.

Lower body and core focused Pilates workout-I use a set of slightly heavier weights for this but lighter dumbbells would work too.
