Strong Back Bootcamp is a 30-day Pilates-based program designed to help you rebuild deep core strength, restore mobility, and reduce back stiffness — without long workouts or high-impact training.
Just 3 focused sessions a week, each under 30 minutes.

I'm a 53-year old Pilates teacher who has been running since my mid 20s, in my 30s I struggled with multiple running related injuries. A constantly tight and stiff lower back was one of my main problems back then.
Once I started to learn how to properly engage my core and use my breath EVERYTHING changed.
In fact it was a running injury that made me retrain to become a Pilates teacher in 2010!
At a time where so many women slow down I've stepped up and I've run 5 half marathons from the age of 47-51 pain free and without any injuries thanks to a strong core and the power of a regular Pilates practice.
