Challenge will work for  YOU too:

With a well thought out progression, you can make move at your own pace. this means the challenge is suitable for beginners or perfect if it's been a little while since you exercises and are ready to get back in to it.

 

Following the classes for 7 days is very achievable. There will be no overwhelm simply roll your mat out and press play.

 

During the 7 day challenge you'll start to notice muscles working, better posture and balance and feel more energy.
