Hi, I'm Dorte 👋

I’m a Pilates teacher with more then 15 years of experience working with women. I’ve been where you are - doing loads of cardio, doing the odd random workout and some stretches when I remembered. Unfortunately, that ended in injury, constant niggles, and a tight lower back that I just could never fully get on top of no matter what I did.

 

I fell in love with Pilates, and once I started regularly practicing it has  completely changed my body and what it’s capable of. I went from trips to the physio in my 30’s to running my 6th half marathon aged 51. At an age where so may women struggle with aches, pains and feeling like the Tin Man first thing, I feel like I'm only just getting started all thanks to Pilates.

 

I have taken my 30 years of being fit and active and my 15 years of experience as a Pilates teacher and I've infused all of this into a membership that's going to help you to  go from feeling stiff and achy  to waking up strong, energised, and ready to move through your day like an athlete whether it’s crushing a workout, chasing your kids or grandkids, and finally booking that hiking trip. ​
