If your ready to transform your strength and how you feel in your body here's what to expect: Resistance training made simple, doable movement that you actually enjoy Build the foundation for stronger hips, glutes, core and upper body. Wake up every morning feeling less like the tin man and more like your old self. Learn simple exercise that will get rid of hip tension and tight hamstrings. Start to build core strength to support your body for all the activities you love doing. Boost your upper body strengths important as you get older,becuase stronger arms, shoulders and back makes daily life easier from carrying shopping to lifting luggage. Good posture reduces aches, pains and stiffness from using phones and laptops. Keep your joints strong and mobile to reduce your risk of injury. Here's what you get: Every week you get 2x Pilates x Strength Workouts 1 x Pilates Core workout. That's a total of 9 workouts to strength, lengthen and sculpt your body.While building a new movement habit. This is a self-paced challenge so that you can do the workout at a time and place that suits you-catch up if you need to and you'll have more the 21 days to complete all the workout. You're challenging yourself to get all the workouts done at a time that suits you. You'll need a mat, a set of dumbbells I use 1 light set and a heavier set but work with what you've got.
